Overview
What this program does
Community Care connects residents to bereavement support, hardship resources, and referrals when life gets hard, coordinated by CRP staff and volunteers who know the neighborhood. Any direct financial or material assistance will operate under written eligibility criteria as that capacity is built.
Impact
How this program helps
Community Care is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Requests submitted through CRP are reviewed by our Community Care team as this program builds its process.
